Dr Maryna Shevchenko

Maryna Shevchenko, Associate Professor, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Kharkiv, Ukraine); Visiting Professor, University of Osnabrück (Germany); Associate Member, Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education (UARMBO). Previously, Maryna was a Senior Lecturer at National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (2006-2011). She has a Phd in Economics gained in 2006 and published more than 35 academic journal articles and two book chapters.

She has 20 years of experience in researching Ukrainian international business affairs. Her research focuses on international integration, joint entrepreneurship, management of enterprises with foreign investment, human resources management at international enterprises.

Relevant projects:

In 2022 she started research of economic and socio-cultural integration of Ukrainian refugee women in Poland and Germany in the context of Russian aggression.
