Forced Migration and Refugee Studies: Networking and Transfer" (FFVT) is a joint project of the Bonn International Centre for Conflict Studies (BICC), the Centre for Human Rights Erlangen-Nürnberg (CHREN, University of Erlangen Nuremberg), the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) and the Institute for Migration Research and Intercultural Studies (IMIS, University of Osnabrück), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

IMIS and BICC are jointly coordinating the FFVT project.

BICC is an extra-university think tank which deals with peace and conflict research topics worldwide in application-oriented, transdisciplinary and empirical research projects. The Institute has considerable experience in setting up and coordinating scientific transfer networks.
