Der Online-Workshop „Contested Categories - Issues at the Intersection of Development and Forced Migration Studies“ vom 4. bis 5. Oktober 2021 wurde von IDOS (German Institute of Development and Sustainability) organisiert.

Der Workshop befasste sich mit der Kritik an Kategorien und den Debatten über sie in der Entwicklungsforschung und betrachtet ihre Relevanz und ihren Nutzen für die Fluchtforschung (FMS).
